Welcome to Turku our old and new international friends!
Hybridi, the student organization in the Faculty of Science and Engineering, and its suborganizations would like to invite you to a picnic on Wednesday September 12th. There you can get to know other students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering in form of eating, chatting and playing easy-going outdoor games! If you don’t study in this faculty, you’re very welcome to attend nevertheless.
The event will be held at the park behind Arcanum, which is located at the campus area right next to the big parking lot (address Vatselankatu 2). The picnic begins at 4pm (16:00) and goes on until 10pm (22:00).
The picnic is free of charge. Some snacks (hot dogs, sausages, corns, chips) and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided for the first ones. Make sure you take your own drinking cup with you for sustainability reasons. There will be a grill for barbeque, so if you wish to eat some other than the small snack included, feel free to bring your own!
