Preparation and the management of the Board meetings, supervises and directs the activities of the Board, and calls a meeting of the Association when necessary. Ensures that the Association is represented at the various representative events. Prepares the proposals for the Board’s action plan and activity report.

Writes minutes of the board meetings and makes the accepted minutes available for the members. Is responsible for the availability of the organizations current endorsement products and the orders of new products.

Produces cultural events and holds cultural excursions.

Sports and Freshman affairs

Responsible for organizing sports trials and events. Takes care of registrations for sports events.

Coordinates tutor activities. Plans the freshmen week program together with the tutors and the board, and plans other events for the freshmen.

Informs about the organizations affairs and publishes weekly bulletins. Manages the social media team and social media visibility.

Head of Corporate Relations

Responsible for the organizations corporate relations and other foreign affairs. Organizes excursions and other events together with different companies. Coordinates the operation of the corporate relations committee.

Produces leisure events, excluding cultural and sporting events and festivals. Coordinates the activities of the Events Committee.

Responsible, together with the corresponding officers of the other associations, for editing the File -magazine.

Housekeeper

Takes care of the association’s facilities as an assistant to the host of the board.

Supports and assists the sitting board to ensure that old traditions and the continuity of the association’s activities are maintained. Oversees the Asteriski’s Alumni Club and organise events for alumni. Previous experience of serving on the Association’s Board of Directors would be an advantage.
